We are building one central hub for everything Bridge runs: sales, property management, HOA, storage, and vacation rentals. It is a dashboard-style tool where every contact, property, deal, and document lives once, every line of the business reads from the same records, and the hub can analyze all of it together. It does not replace the tools that already work for you. AppFolio, TransactionDesk, and Zoom stay; the hub connects to them so nothing gets typed twice, and it can pull what they hold (portfolios, signed documents, calls, texts, and recordings) into one place to analyze.
These are live now, not plans.
When a new listing alert email arrives from your Crexi saved searches, the hub catches it, reads the property details, and files the listing automatically. No copying and pasting from your inbox. The hub then matches each new listing to the right buyers and emails it to them from your own email address. Matching is built and switches on at go-live.
It installs like an app on your phone and signs you in with your fingerprint or face. No password to remember.
Contacts flow in from your Google account, your phone, and your Zoom calls and texts: when someone new calls, the hub offers them as a contact once the call ends. Duplicates get cleaned up automatically, and email addresses scraped from your inbox wait in a review list instead of cluttering your contacts.
The hub opens to today: deals with steps due, deadlines coming, new leads to answer, and your calendar. It is a briefing, not a directory you have to dig through.
Deals are worked from a board. Finish a step and the deal leaves your plate, then comes back on its own the day the next step is due. Logged calls and texts check steps off for you.
Every deal carries a checklist of the documents it needs, and a step only counts as done when the actual document is on file. Today you or your staff add the document from a phone or computer; once TransactionDesk is connected, your signed documents flow in on their own. Disclosures are tracked from delivered to signed, and who represents whom on a deal is recorded only from the signed agreement on file, never guessed.
Deal deadlines and appointments live on built-in calendars, and an assistant in the hub answers questions about your own data.
You switch between sales, property management, HOA, storage, and rentals inside one tool. Each employee sees their own contacts and deals; you see everything.
Your calls and texts run through Zoom, so the hub is built to log every call, text, and voicemail to the right contact by itself, attach the call recording, pull in your recent history, and pop up who is calling, with their history, while the phone is still ringing. It switches on when your Zoom account is connected, in the list below.
The hub is built to read your AppFolio portfolio (properties, units, tenants) so property management, storage, and the HOA books all appear in the same view as everything else. It just needs the keys, first item below.
Security is built into the foundation, not bolted on.
There is no password to steal, guess, or reuse. Your sign-in is a passkey tied to your own device, unlocked by your fingerprint or face, and it cannot be phished out of you.
Everything between your phone and the hub travels over encrypted connections, and your records, documents, and call recordings are stored encrypted.
The walls are built into the database, not just the screens. Bridge's records are visible only to Bridge, each employee can reach only their own contacts and deals, and you as broker see everything. Our test suite proves these walls hold on every change we ship.
The AppFolio and Zoom credentials you enter are typed straight into the hub, stored securely, and never displayed again, not to you, not to us, not on any screen. They are never sent by email or text.
Documents and recordings are kept in the hub's own storage under Bridge's account, not scattered across inboxes, laptops, or third-party links that expire.
Most of the hub costs nothing to use. Two things carry real fees, always visible, and nothing gets turned on without agreeing first.
The hub uses AI to do the reading a person would otherwise do: it reads each listing alert email and files the property, cleans up duplicate contacts, reads scanned documents onto the right checklist, and answers your questions in the assistant. Every one of those runs costs a small metered fee, pennies per task, the way a utility meters usage. It matters because each fee maps to work nobody had to do by hand; it is what makes the hub self-feeding instead of one more place to type.
The Crexi alert emails we capture today are free. Full MLS coverage from RealTracs is different: that data only comes through a licensed feed, roughly $250 a month plus a small per-license fee, sponsored by you as broker. It matters because the licensed feed is the lawful, complete source of residential listings, so listing matching covers everything on the market instead of only commercial alerts. It stays off until we decide together it is worth it.
